If you have just made a payment online but you have not received your order confirmation, please wait 24 hours before contacting us. If your payment was successful then it will be manually added by our accounts team. Please also remember to check your Junk/Bulk Mail folders of your email client to check that your order confirmation hasn't accidentally been put there.

If you have already received your order confirmation from us then your order is in the system and will be dispatched to you shortly. Please note that peak times can sometimes cause delays. While we generally dispatch your order a lot quicker, do not contact us about your order status unless it has been more than 10 days after you made your order. For more information regarding your order status and what it means please read the bottom of your order update email where you find a full explanation of what your order status means.

If you wish to contact us with an enquiry about a particular order please remember to include your order id number which you will find at the top of the order confirmation you received from us by email at the time of ordering. You can also find your order id number at the top of all order updates that we sent to you.

PLEASE NOTE: In order to be discreet, your order has been packed within a packet of something else. You will be told what your product is labeled as once it has been dispatched. YOU MUST check inside of the packages that you are sent.

Your order will go through the following stages:

1) Payment in process: Your payment is being processed. Credit cards are debited within minutes however the payment can take up to 1 working day to clear. Payments made by ECheck take 3-5 working days to clear. Products will not be dispatched until full payment has been received.

2) Due for Dispatch: Your payment has been approved. Your product is being prepared and packed.

3) At Shipping Office: Your parcel has been passed to the dispatch department and is given to the couriers. Please note that as we have to go to great lengths to pack your order discreetly delays can be caused at peak times. We will ensure that your product is dispatched in a timely manner and we appreciate your patience.

4) Product Dispatched: When your order is updated to this status you will be given a tracking number and a web site address where you will be able to track your products status online. Please note that such tracking details may take as long as 24 hours to appear on the global network.

5) Delivery Success: We will continue to track your product for you and we urge you to check the correct web site for regular shipping updates. Please note that if you are not home when delivery is attempted, it is your responsibility to either pick up the parcel or arrange to have it re-delivered to your home. We will not refund or resend the order if it is returned to us.
